JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide safe and reliable transport services to the CEO and authorized personnel.
  • Ensure the security and safety of the CEO during travel, including identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Monitor surroundings and routes for potential safety concerns and respond appropriately to security situations.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding routes, destinations, and the CEO's activities.
  • Conduct regular checks on the executive vehicle, including tire pressure, oil levels, brake systems, and other mechanical and electrical components.
  • Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and fueled.
  • Arrange for scheduled maintenance and repairs and address any urgent issues promptly.
  • Maintain a log of vehicle expenses, mileage, and maintenance schedules
  • Coordinate with the CEO's Executive Assistant for schedules, routes, and destinations.
  • Plan efficient travel routes to ensure timely arrivals and minimize delays
  • Preferably know how to drive high-end vehicle

SKILLS:

● Security training or experience in a related field is an advantage.

● Strong defensive driving skills and a valid driver's license.

● Knowledge of traffic laws, city routes, and alternative roads to avoid congestion.

● Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

● Good physical condition and ability to stay alert during extended periods of driving.

● Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
