About the role

As a XIAOMI TRAINER (ROVING) at Paramount Human Resource Multi-purpose Cooperative', you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training and development programmes to XIAOMI product representatives in the Zambales Central Luzon region. This full-time role is vital in ensuring our sales team are fully equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth for the XIAOMI brand.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting regular training sessions for XIAOMI product representatives to develop their product knowledge, sales techniques and customer service skills
  2. Designing and delivering bespoke training programmes to address the unique needs and requirements of each representative
  3. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes, and making adjustments as necessary
  4. Providing on-the-job coaching and support to help representatives continuously improve their performance
  5. Collaborating with the regional sales and marketing teams to align training initiatives with broader business objectives
  6. Maintaining detailed records of all training activities and outcomes
  7. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing new training initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar training or L&D role, preferably within the retail or consumer electronics industry
  2. Excellent product knowledge and understanding of the XIAOMI brand and its product range
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees
  4. Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programmes
  5. Proficient in the use of training tools and technologies
  6. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
  7. A passion for learning and development, and a commitment to continuous improvement
