Roving Cashiers

Key Responsibilities

• Act as relievers for cashiers during leave days, day-offs, or when additional support is required
• Ensure proper turnover of collections and reports when relieving
• Collect payments from clients/customers at assigned developer/project sites
• Issue official receipts for all collections
• Submit daily collections to the Safekeeping Facility
• Prepare and submit Daily Sales Reports
• Ensure compliance with company cash handling and internal control policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (preferred)
• Experience in cashiering or cash handling
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and adaptable to different assignments
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Accuracy of daily cash reports
• Timeliness of deposits (%)
• Zero cash shortages/discrepancies during reliever duty
• On-time submission of daily collection reports
• Coverage rate of cashier absences/day-offs without service disruption
• Error-free handover rate during reliever duties
