Aircon Technician

Job descriptionKey Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and troubleshoot commercial and industrial air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in air conditioning systems.
• Handle refrigerant charging, recovery, and leak detection in compliance with environmental standards.
• Maintain system performance by testing, calibrating, and replacing faulty components.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental policies
• Maintain service logs and complete job order reports accurately.
• Assist in planning HVAC system upgrades and installations in large-scale facilities.

Qualifications:

• TESDA Certified Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) Servicing NC III
• With valid NC II certification as prerequisite.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in commercial or industrial HVAC systems.
• Knowledgeable in VRF/VRV systems, chillers, and large-scale HVAC setups.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting, electrical, and mechanical skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules or render overtime if needed.
