Job Description: Extruck Salesman (Pangasinan and/or Tarlac provinces)
As an Extruck Salesman, you will be responsible for conducting direct selling and delivery of company products to various retail outlets, sari-sari stores, and other clients within North Luzon. This role requires a combination of salesmanship, customer service, and basic inventory handling while operating within an assigned truck route.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell and deliver products directly to customers along designated routes.
- Ensure daily sales targets and route coverage are met.
- Handle cash collection and proper remittance of payments.
- Perform inventory loading/unloading and maintain stock accuracy.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Prepare daily reports including sales summary, delivery receipts, and inventory logs.
Operating Area:
The role will cover various municipalities within Pangasinan and/or Tarlac provinces. Exact routes and areas are subject to change depending on market coverage and operational requirements.
Qualifications:
- High School graduate or above.
- With valid driver's license (if required to drive).
- Prior superb experience in sales or FMCG delivery is an MUST.
- Trustworthy, with good communication and customer service skills.
- Willing to be assigned in the field and flexible with locations within Pangasinan and/or Tarlac provinces.
