IT Support Engineer or Software Maintenance Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for on-site survey, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of software application and IT equipment(Server/Storage/Switch/Firewall).
  • Provide technical support to customers and keep tracking these problems during the whole resolving process.
  • Perform commissioning of IT elements.
  • Interface with third party to locate technical problems that may arise during the integration.
  • Onsite Maintenance support for critical problems that can't be solved by customer or local subcontractor according to SLA.

Preferred qualifications:

  • With 4 years Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Information Technology or any related course.
  • Familiar with one or more of the following OCS/Mobile Money/CRM/Billing software product technologies and related solutions, such as operating system, database, network, security, storage, server, cloud computing, big data, and PaaS.
  • Have at least 3 years' delivery or maintenance experience in OCS, Billing, CRM, call center, mobile payment fields.
  • Has good communication skills to engage with customers at all levels: technical level, provide professional sharing and technical guidance, and present value.

Salary: Salary offer will be determined based on the applicant's current or previous compensation. Rest assured, the final offer will include an increase from their current pay.
