Production Planner

• Coordinate daily production schedules and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Communicate production goals and timelines to supervisors and production staff.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and supplies; coordinate with purchasing for replenishment.
• Track production output, update records, and report progress to the Immediate Superior.
• Assist in resolving issues related to production delays, material shortages, or equipment problems.
• Ensure that safety and quality standards are followed throughout production processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including work orders, inventory logs, and production reports.
• Liaise with other departments such as warehouse, QA/QC, and logistics to support smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any similar course
• At least 1 year of experience in a production, manufacturing, or coordination role.
