DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance Business Partner for assigned categories

Financial Planning/Forecasts and Budgeting

  • Preparation and analysis of operating budgets, rolling forecasts, latest estimates and strategic plans of assigned category/(ies);
  • Execute the planning and implementation of financial planning systems for assigned category/(ies);
  • Financial planning and simulation for outlook profitability of assigned category/(ies),

Management Reporting

  • Leads the regular periodic preparation and analysis of management reports for financial and operational reviews for assigned category/(ies);
  • Updating and Monitoring of Management Committee KPI's (e.g. BANAT dashboard, IFR dashboard);
  • Other ad hoc reports required by senior management team from time to time.

Business Partner for Assigned Categories

  • Consolidates and analyzes monthly financial reports, and drives the PCIP agenda to ensure that targets are achieved within assigned category/(ies);
  • Prepares detailed monthly, quarterly and year-to-date profitability variance analysis with itemized highlights on critical items and trends, and proposes action plans to business team and/or management.
  • Conduct financial feasibility analysis and recommendation for new product innovations of the assigned category/(ies);
  • Ensure control for A&P expenses of assigned category/(ies) vs approved budget,
  • Monitor actual invoiced spend vs accruals for assigned category/(ies) and recommend courses of action to ensure reconciliation;
  • Provide business advisory for assigned category/(ies);
  • Represent and coordinate on behalf of Finance in the category business teams.

Special Projects

  1. Process Improvement and/or Automation
  2. Expansion and/or acquisition projects financial feasibility analysis, as assigned from time to time
  3. Other Special Projects

FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Graduate of any business-related course (e.g. Business Administration, Accountancy, Management Engineering, Economics, Financial Management, etc.)
