LTO Staff

Job description:

• LTO Staff is in-charge on documentation and monitoring for new Vehicle Registration, safekeeping of OR/CR, Car Plate/Sticker, and other pertinent documents.
• Responsible in filing of records, photocopy and assist in distribution of OR/CR, Car plate and sticker.
• Implement proper customer handling in achieving excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Update reports and monitoring of vehicle registration to LTO Master list.
• Validates the correctness and completeness of documents for submission to contractor to LTO.
• Prepare report on LTO status for distribution to Registration Head and GM, VSM
• Monitoring of documents on vehicle releases that need registration.
• Record and monitors request for system update (RSU), plate uploading, OR/CR correction and all failed Certificate of Cover (COC)
• Verify the accuracy of client details in the LTMS portal and promptly coordinate with MPs to address any discrepancies or errors found.
• Complies summary of receiving copies of sales invoice, CSR COC, Stencil and other pertinent source of document to contractor.
• Follow-up non-receipt of Certificate of Stock Registered (CSR) to TMP/Dealer (if swapping) and Certificate of Cover (COC) to Marketing Professionals.
• Investigating and resolving queries relating to registration issues of the costumers
• Assist Vehicle Sales Manager in the absence of VSD Secretary and as needed.
• Acts as reliever in the sorting of LTO documents for submission with LTO of new vehicle releases for vehicle registration.

Educational Requirements:

• Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's or College Degree of any four-years program.

Experience Requirements

• With at least 6 months of working experience in LTO with focus on vehicle registration and government rules regulation.

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
