Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Post job ads, screen applicants, and schedule interviews
- Assist in the hiring process from selection to job offer
- Prepare employment contracts, new hire requirements, and onboarding kits
- Conduct orientation and facilitate new hire integration
HR Admin & Records
- Maintain and update employee 201 files, contracts, and HRIS systems
- Track attendance, absences, and leaves (manual or biometric system)
- Prepare and submit reports to government agencies (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth)
- Assist in payroll processing and employee benefits enrollment
Compliance & Employee Relations
- Ensure HR processes comply with Philippine labor laws and company policies
- Support the implementation of disciplinary actions and documentation
- Help resolve minor workplace concerns and escalate major ones to HR Head
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and trainings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in HR or admin support preferred
- Familiarity with PH labor law and government remittances
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace
- Discreet, trustworthy, and empathetic toward employees
- Willing to work in-office and travel to store sites if needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php23, Php30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Immaculate Concepcion 1111 P00: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Human resources: 2 years (Preferred)
