About This Role

The Senior Operations / Maintenance Manager is a pivotal senior leadership position responsible for overseeing all facility maintenance operations across JLL's diverse portfolio of commercial real estate properties throughout the Philippines. This strategic role drives operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth while ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Strategic Leadership & Operations

• Oversee comprehensive facility maintenance operations across JLL's national commercial real estate portfolio
• Drive strategic maintenance initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and property performance
• Develop and implement large-scale facility maintenance programs aligned with corporate objectives
• Lead operational excellence initiatives and continuous improvement processes

Compliance & Standards Management

• Ensure full compliance with Philippine national regulations and international corporate standards
• Maintain adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and industry best practices
• Implement quality assurance programs across all maintenance operations

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and mentor maintenance teams across multiple properties and regions
• Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous learning
• Drive strategic growth initiatives within facility maintenance operations

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with property managers, clients, and vendors to ensure exceptional service delivery
• Manage relationships with key contractors and service providers
• Report on operational performance and strategic initiatives to senior leadership

• Experience: 8-10+ years in facility management with proven senior leadership experience in commercial real estate operations
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), Philippine regulations, and maintenance management software
• Leadership: Strong team management, strategic thinking, and stakeholder relationship capabilities with excellent communication skills
• Preferred: Professional certifications (FMP, CFM), sustainable building experience, and familiarity with emerging facility management technologies
