About the role

Plus Eighty One Bar and Restaurant Corporation is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is based in our office in Makati City, Metro Manila. As our Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial part in crafting the visual identity and marketing materials that reflect the unique character of our vibrant bar and restaurant.

What you'll be doing

  • Create visually stunning and on-brand designs for a variety of print and digital materials, including menus, promotional posters, social media content, and more
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute eye-catching designs that effectively communicate our brand messaging
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to continuously elevate the quality of our visual assets
  • Ensure design consistency across all customer-facing materials
  • Provide creative input and support for special projects and campaigns as needed

What we're looking for

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong conceptual and visual design skills, with a keen eye for typography, layout, and colour
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
  • A passion for food, beverage, and hospitality design
