POSITION TITLE: Content Writer

This is Manpower pooling for now. No other details yet.

This role is work from home set up since they do not have Physical Office here in the Philippines. You will be hired as freelancer/Independent contractor and you are the one who will process your own SSS, PHIC, & PagIBIG, Tax payments. Freelancer/Independent contractor but you will still work expectedly on regular office hours : full time 40 hours a week

Equipment: You will use your own Computer and must have stable internet connection at home

RECRUITMENT PROCESS: Expect that you will undergo the following process:

  • Ben Edictio Validation & Discussion
  • Pre-recorded Interview
  • Assessment Test online (Aptitude test)Initial interview
  • Behavioral interview

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Comfortable in an environment that requires a lot of interaction with people in and outside the US.
  • Resourceful, driven, and energetic.
  • With at least 3 years of related experience in Content writing: & Publishing articles
  • Writing and editorial skills, with outstanding command of the English language.
  • An understanding of common editorial style guides, e.g. AP Style, Chicago Manual of Style, etc
  • Very familiar with AI tools, including Canva, ChatGPT, Notion, and is eager to expand their AI skillset and drive internal team adoption. They are also familiar with Marketing frameworks, including StoryBrand and 'They Ask, You Answer.'
  • Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written
  • A home office set up that meets the following:
  • A working computer (minimum 8gb RAM), Windows 11 with an Intel i5 or i7 (8th generation or newer), or AMD Ryzen 5 or series or newer), or macOS 12 or newer.
  • Stable internet connection (at least 5mbps download and upload)
  • HD webcam/camera
  • A quality headset with noise cancellation feature for meetings
  • A mobile phone that has the capacity to install the Microsoft Authentication app
  • Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments.
  • Able to provide NBI Clearance (eventually)
