Sales and Marketing Representative

The Sales and Marketing Representative oversees developing and leading the organization's advertising strategies and activities. They must guarantee that all marketing operations are successful in reaching the management's goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Attend marketing events representing the mission, vision, and core values of the company.

  2. Promoting company services offered in-person, via call, or online to raise brand awareness.

  3. Search for prospective partners through various method including recruitment agencies, employment agencies, hospitals, schools, and/or other social media platforms.

  4. Keep track of promotional give-away inventories as the basis for supply requests and inventory report.

  5. Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Staff to lay-out and post promotional activities in social media platforms.

  6. Maintain regular communication with other branches to update relevant marketing materials (e.g. PPT, brochure, service updates, give-away, and other related materials)

  7. Perform customer service representative responsibilities, chat-support, email-support, receive inbound or outbound calls, assist walk-in clients, if no events need presence.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business, Marketing course or any relevant degree.
  • At least 6-months to 1-year of sales or marketing experience.
  • A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven experience as marketing officer or similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
