Maintenance PlannerWhat this role is aboutThe Maintenance Planner is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Maintenance Work Planning & Scheduling Daily Management System (DMS). This role ensures alignment with Preventive Maintenance (PM) systems and acts as a bridge between planning and execution.What you will doPlan & Schedule Maintenance WorkPrioritize work notifications within 24 hours.Maintain a current and sorted work order backlog.Use SIMPTWW methodology for planning.Implement and update global preventive maintenance standards.Lead daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance planning meetings.Maintain and revise maintenance technical documentation.Track and Report Maintenance IndicatorsMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and in-process measures.Use data to assess system progress and equipment reliability.Share results with department leadership.Develop Improvement PlansIdentify improvement opportunities through KPI tracking.Create and manage action plans to eliminate losses.Champion Continuous ImprovementEnsure compliance with change management procedures.Maintain accurate technical documentation and schematics.Collaborate with the storeroom to manage parts inventory and quality.Coordinate updates to engineering drawings and standards.Other DutiesPerform tasks assigned by the supervisor.Ensure compliance with EHS procedures and legal requirements.Health & SafetyUnderstand and manage workplace hazards.Participate in safety training and report unsafe conditions or incidentsWho we are looking forEducation: Technical university degree in mechanical, electro-mechanical, or manufacturing engineering.Experience: Minimum 2 years in FMCG production or engineering. Experience with Integrated Work Systems (IWS) or similar structured work system methodologies is required.Language: Excellent English proficiency.Functional Skills:Strong organizational and technical skillsPriority setting, communication, and training skillsShop floor skills and Autonomous Maintenance (AM) overviewMaintenance Planning & Scheduling (MP&S) DMS training, including SAPBreakdown Elimination (BDE) DMS training, including SAPSAP Maintenance and Storeroom operationsBasic computer proficiencyKnowledge of AM and Preventive Maintenance (PM) standardsAre you ready to join us?
