Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and grill a variety of meats, seafood, and vegetables according to menu specifications.
- Ensure all grilled food items are cooked to the correct temperature and doneness.
- Set up and stock grill stations with all necessary supplies before and during service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen equipment.
- Monitor and control grill temperatures and food timing.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Assist with receiving and storing kitchen deliveries.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
