Auditor

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled Auditor to perform internal audits across financial records, operational procedures, and regulatory compliance. This role is key to ensuring the organization's accuracy, accountability, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits on financial statements, accounts, payroll, expenses, and cash records to ensure accuracy and adherence to GAAP.
• Review internal controls, audit operational processes (fleet, maintenance, fuel, dispatch), and suggest areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations (BIR, DOTr, etc.), assess potential risks, and provide actionable audit recommendations.
• Prepare detailed audit reports, maintain proper documentation, and track the execution of corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, HSE, and HR teams to provide guidance on best practices for internal controls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Auditor (experience in logistics/trucking is a plus).
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and auditing practices.
• Familiarity with Philippine tax and regulatory requirements (BIR, DOTr, etc.).
• High levels of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
