What You'll Be Doing
- Supervise daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality food preparation.
- Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.
- Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of chicken dishes according to company recipes and standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation policies.
- Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies to maintain proper stock levels.
- Check the quality and freshness of raw chicken and other ingredients.
- Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure timely and accurate production.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas, tools, and equipment.
- Address issues and provide solutions to keep operations running efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- At least a High School Graduate (Culinary training or related experience preferred).
- Proven experience in a kitchen supervisory or lead cook role, preferably in a chicken or food production setting.
- Strong understanding of food safety, kitchen operations, and quality control.
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
