Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled Machine Technicians to install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machines and equipment in our manufacturing facility. The role is critical to ensuring minimal production downtime and maximum machine efficiency, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic issues in machines and resolve them efficiently.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machines and production lines.
  • Calibrate, align, and adjust machines as per manufacturer specifications.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.
  • Respond quickly to machine breakdowns or alarms to prevent production delays.
  • Collaborate with production staff to identify recurring issues and suggest corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE, LOTO procedures, and equipment guards.
  • Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) of machine issues and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned work area and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a Technical/Vocational course in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Technology (TESDA NC II/NC III is a plus).
  • With at least 2 years of experience as a Machine Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Knowledgeable in reading mechanical and electrical drawings or schematics.
  • Familiar with industrial machinery such as conveyors, packing machines, molding machines, CNCs, or printing equipment.
  • Basic understanding of PLC, sensors, and automation is an advantage.
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends, or holidays as required by production schedule.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, safety awareness, and attention to detail.
