We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with a strong quantitative foundation, exceptional software engineering skills, and a proven track record of architecting and deploying impactful machine learning models at scale. You will serve as a technical leader, mentor, and innovator, driving the technical vision for machine learning across the organization.

You will responsible for the following:

• Leads the design, development, and implementation of scalable Machine Learning systems

• Conducts data analysis and modeling using large and complex data sets

• Ensures accuracy and effectiveness of ML systems and algorithms through continuous training and retraining

• Architect and evolve our core ML frameworks, libraries, and workflows to accelerate development velocity and improve system performance and reliability.

• Establish and enforce ML engineering best practices, setting the standards for code quality, model validation, documentation, and operational excellence.

• Drive innovation by identifying, prototyping, and advocating for novel ML applications and data strategies that create significant business value.

• Act as a key technical leader and mentor, collaborating with product managers, researchers, and engineers to guide complex projects from ambiguity to successful delivery.

We are looking for:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, engineering, or computer science

• At least 2 years of experience in software and model development in a data or machine learning team in a production environment

• A proven portfolio of delivering high-impact machine learning models that have solved critical business challenges at scale.

• Proficiency in cloud computing platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or AlibabaCloud

• Excellent software engineering skills across multiple languages, including Python, SQL, Scala

• Deep experience with major machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX) and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost).

• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices and their appropriate application

• Demonstrated experience designing and managing complex data and model pipelines using orchestration tools like Airflow, Kubeflow Pipelines, or Flyte.

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes for machine learning deployment

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior engineers and articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

• A forward-thinking mindset to anticipate and leverage emerging technologies and research to maintain our competitive edge
