Position: AI Trainer (Voice)

Salary: SCALED TO EXPERIENCE

Time: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM

Set-up: On-site

We are looking for a fluent English speaker who will be part of training large language models that power AI-Native Games. Contributing to tuning models' audio performances that focus on high emotional intelligence, which helps create an immersive user experience within massive fictional worlds.

Responsibilities:

Annotate audio-based game content such as dialogues, scripts, and text-to-speech (TTS)

Ensure accuracy and consistency in data to optimize players' gaming experience

Annotate and evaluate model responses against internal language and voice style rubrics to improve audio and overall interactions to achieve the best user experience possible

Collaborate with our research and product teams in developing state-of-the-art massive language models, audio, and video generation technologies

Proactively anticipate team and customer needs to ensure a smooth and positive experience

The IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English

Vast experience in STEM, Audio (Production, Audio Engineering), Voice Acting, Video Editing, and Video Content Creation

Immense experience with AI Models (including RLHF, Fine Tuning, Evaluation, Comparing, and Auditing Model Data)

Knowledge in data analysis, data manipulation, and data reporting

Strong passion for gaming

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team

Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

High attention to detail, Flexible, adaptable, and able to respond to shifting business needs

Creative and solution-oriented; able to think outside the box
