JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Supervise and verify implementation of housing plan base on agreed specifications.
  • Oversee the accomplishment and performance of site contractors and review their work progress
  • Monitor site contractors and ensure that they are working within the time frame
  • Supervise the construction site and housing units
  • Report to the Senior Engineer all structural problems or issues in the site
  • Prepare payroll of maintenance workers
  • Allocate tasks to maintenance workers
  • Verify all request slips of materials from the maintenance workers
  • Supervise the site cleanliness and maintenance of units

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
  • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • At least 1 year work experience in housing development
  • Above average skills in MS Office, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up.
  • Previously worked in a real estate / residential experience/ housing development

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
