Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and Repair: Conduct routine preventive maintenance, diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems, and replace or repair defective parts.
  • Troubleshooting and Calibration: Identify and resolve machine malfunctions, calibrate and align machines according to specifications, and use various tools to make adjustments.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Equipment Support: Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery, monitor equipment performance, and ensure machines are running optimally.
  • Collaboration: Work with production staff and other team members to identify recurring issues, suggest improvements, and coordinate production schedules.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, with the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Tools and Equipment: Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers.
  • Proactiveness: A proactive approach to maintenance, ensuring potential issues are addressed before they cause breakdowns.
  • Attention to Detail: A detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in maintenance records and machine adjustments.
  • Teamwork: The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility: The ability to work different shifts, including nights and weekends, may be required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php550.00 per day
