Bellman

Networld Hotel Management Corp. is currently seeking a dedicated Bellman to become a valuable member of our staff. This full-time position requires a strong focus on exceptional guest relations and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling guest luggage with care, providing accurate information, and supporting the front desk team to ensure a superior level of service and guest satisfaction.

Driver

• Ensures that all arriving guests with transfer in request are picked up at the airport.
• Ensures that all departing with transfer out request must be send to the airport.
• Coordinates closely with Front Office Shift Leader for cars that will be assigned at the airport.
• Reviews daily the guest transfer in logbook and must have proper coordination with the airport representative to have smooth flow of guest pick-up at the airport.
• Reports to the Front Office Managers and Shift Leader any problem that may arise at the Airport.
• Maintains proper decorum, a pleasant, positive, cooperative and respectful attitude towards hotel guests at all times.
• Reports and give feedback on the condition of hotel vehicles for immediate action.
• Anticipates guest needs upon arrival at the airport.

Bell Service Associate

• Greets guests at the lobby at all times.
• Assist guest with their luggage during check-in, check-out and room transfer.
• Explains room features to guest and informs/describes them of the hotel's facilities, promotions and activities.
• Responsible of all guests luggage stored at the luggage room.
• Reports suspicious looking person/s to Front Office Manager or Shift Leader and immediate head must be properly turn over the incident to security for proper action.
• Delivers newspapers, messages, fruit baskets, or other items requested by guests.
• Parks vehicles for hotel guests and clients.
• Helps keep smooth traffic flow at the driveway.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
