Position Overview:

The Graphic Artist is responsible for producing high-quality visual content that supports the marketing, branding, and promotional efforts of AFTPH Corporation. This role plays a key part in enhancing the overall look and feel of our event campaigns, digital platforms, and printed materials.

Working closely with the Marketing and Events teams, the Graphic Artist translates concepts and ideas into creative assets such as social media graphics, event collaterals, booth visuals, ads, brochures, and presentations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly creative, and able to balance brand consistency with fresh, engaging designs.

This position requires strong proficiency in design tools, an eye for layout and typography, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines. The Graphic Artist plays a crucial role in ensuring AFTPH's visual identity is professional, impactful, and aligned with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Design & Creation
  • Design high-quality marketing materials including social media graphics, digital ads, brochures, flyers, banners, event IDs, and booth visuals.
  • Ensure all materials are aligned with AFTPH's branding and campaign objectives.
  • Social Media Support
  • Collaborate with the Social Media and Marketing Team to create engaging and on-brand visuals for online platforms.
  • Adapt graphics for various formats (feed posts, stories, reels thumbnails, carousels, etc.).
  • Event Collateral Development
  • Design event-related materials such as signage, exhibitor IDs, floor maps, backdrops, tarpaulins, and stage visuals.
  • Ensure timely delivery and print-readiness of all collaterals before each event.
  • Brand Consistency & Quality Control
  • Maintain consistency in visual elements, color palettes, fonts, and logos across all materials.
  • Review and proof designs for errors before final submission or print.
  • Creative Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand creative requirements and translate ideas into effective designs.
  • Participate in brainstorming and content planning sessions for campaigns and events.
  • File Management & Archiving
  • Organize and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and final files for easy access and future use.
  • Ensure all designs are properly labeled, backed up, and archived.
  • Adaptation & Flexibility
  • Quickly adapt designs based on feedback and campaign changes.
  • Be open to multiple rounds of revisions to meet creative and branding standards.
  • Trend Awareness & Innovation
  • Stay updated with current design and social media trends to keep AFTPH visuals fresh and competitive.
  • Suggest innovative design approaches that improve engagement and brand appeal.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Event usually happens on weekends, with Monday as off.
