About the role
Isometric Enterprises is seeking an experienced Aircon Technician to join our team on a contract basis in Bulacan, Central Luzon. As an Aircon Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems for our projects.
What you'll be doing
- Performing preventive maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration units
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with HVAC systems
- Repairing or replacing faulty components such as compressors, coils, and motors
- Installing new air conditioning and refrigeration equipment
- Keeping detailed records of all service and repair work
- Adhering to safety protocols and regulations
- Providing excellent customer service to our clients
What we're looking for
- At least 5 years of experience as an Aircon Technician or in a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in the use of HVAC tools and equipment
- Certification in HVAC/R maintenance and repair is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor
