Electrician

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in accordance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Inspect electrical components such as circuit breakers, transformers, and wiring for safety and efficiency.
• Interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and technical diagrams to execute tasks accurately.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operation of electrical systems.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical malfunctions and power supply issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the Buildings & Facilities Management team in addressing electrical needs of the campus.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health standards during electrical work.
• Provide technical support for university events and projects requiring electrical setup.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment used.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Updated National Certificate II in Electrical (NC II)
• Minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience
• Full knowledge of electrical practices, safety protocols, and codes
• Ability to interpret electrical design and diagrams
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
• A reliable team player with good communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php13, Php15,000.00 per month
