Non-Negotiable Requirements:

  • 3+ years in Data Engineering or MarTech
  • Strong Python (or R) skills
  • Advanced API/webhook integration knowledge
  • Proven ETL/ELT pipeline experience
  • Familiarity with data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills


What You'll Do:

  • Design, build, and optimize end-to-end data pipelines for marketing and BI use.
  • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT workflows ensuring scalable and clean data.
  • Integrate CRMs, MarTech tools, and custom apps via APIs and webhooks.
  • Perform deep-dive data and trend analyses to uncover actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Data, and BI teams to align data solutions with business needs.
  • Optimize data storage and processing using platforms like BigQuery, Snowflake, or Azure Synapse.
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
  • Continuously improve reporting workflows and introduce automation where applicable.
  • Deliver high-quality work independently, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Bring creative solutions to enhance data architecture, reporting, and performance.

Bonus Skills You Might Have:

  • Experience with Power BI and dashboard automation.
  • Skilled in scripting automated workflows (e.g., Zapier, custom scripts, webhook triggers).
  • Familiarity with chatbots, Generative AI, or Machine Learning applications.
