Junior Testing Analyst

• Conduct functional application testing to achieve business objectives and expected results for application implementation in accordance to overall direction for Asia IT

•Contributes input to Senior Application Automation Tester in identifying areas of improvement or opportunities for efficient application development

•Ensures delivery of business realization benefits through application features and overall function are aligned to testing procedures and test scripts

•Analyzes defects and/or test results to accurately identify areas of concern or potential points of failure within software

•Participates in continuous improvement activities for test automation and continuous integration practices

•Perform scheduled and periodic testing as specified from Projects Implementations and business needs
Required Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Required Experience

• 3 years relevant experience
Preferred Competencies/Skills

• Clearly and confidently convey information to internal and external stakeholders

•Assume a methodical approach to evaluate situations; effectively and efficiently present logic, reasoning, and analysis to others

•Conceptualize and innovate creative solutions; escalate issues when necessary

•Self-motivated, detail oriented, and high degree of organization skills

•Collaborate with people at different levels within the organization to accomplish a common goal

•Multi-task and handle competing priorities; adjust plans, goals, actions or priorities to meet changing situations

•Adapt and be flexible in a complex, changing environment with tight working timelines, and
Preferred Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Preferred Experience

• Graduated from Information technology, computer science, computer engineering or any technical related course.

•Applicants with work experience but not related to any aspects of the required work but has the potential for the position.

•Background knowledge in Automation Testing, Software Development Lifecycle, Agile Methodology, Insurance.
Preferred Knowledge

• Basic knowledge in IT Application Testing methodologies

•Background knowledge in Automation Testing such as Katalon, Microfocus UFT, Selenium.
