Join AGnP Corporation' as a Credit Investigator/Collector in our Mariveles Bataan office. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our organization by investigating credit applications and collecting outstanding debts. What you'll be doing

1. Conducting thorough credit investigations to assess the creditworthiness of applicants
2. Collecting outstanding debts from customers through effective communication and negotiation tactics
3. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all credit investigations and collection activities
4. Collaborating with the wider Credit team to develop and implement strategies for minimizing credit risk
5. Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in credit management
6. Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with our clients

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a credit investigation or debt collection role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess credit applications and identify potential risks
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to negotiate with customers and maintain professional relationships
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting
5. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
6. A collaborative mindset and the willingness to contribute to the wider team's success
