Key Responsibilities

  • Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify and address maintenance needs, including plumbing, electrical, and structural issues.
  • Repairs: Perform repairs on various systems and equipment, such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical systems. This includes fixing leaks, replacing light fixtures, and troubleshooting electrical problems.
  • Guest Requests: Respond promptly to guest repair requests, ensuring that issues are resolved quickly to maintain guest satisfaction.
  • Aesthetic Maintenance: Maintain the hotel's physical appearance by performing tasks such as painting, plastering, and carpentry work. This helps ensure that the hotel remains visually appealing to guests.
  • Outdoor Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of outdoor areas, including landscaping, lawn care, and debris removal, to enhance the overall appearance and safety of the property.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure that all facilities are operational and safe for guests.
  • Emergency Response: Address emergency maintenance requests, such as power outages or structural damage, to ensure guest safety and comfort.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php14,000.00 per month
