Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Livestream Preparation

  • Assist in setting up cameras, lighting, audio, and other livestream equipment.
  • Prepare and arrange products for easy presentation during the livestream.
  • Ensure props, backdrops, and display areas are clean and visually appealing.
  • Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure all items are available and correctly labeled.

During the Livestream

  • Operate livestream equipment and software under the supervision of the production team.
  • Cue the host with product details, prices, and promo announcements.
  • Monitor live chat for customer inquiries and relay important questions to the host.
  • Assist in switching product displays smoothly.
  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues in real-time.

Post-Livestream Tasks

  • Safely pack and store equipment.
  • Return products to the inventory team and record sold items for order processing.
  • Review the livestream recording for highlights or areas of improvement.
  • Assist in generating a post-event report with sales data and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or college-level education preferred.
  • Experience in live selling, e-commerce, or production is an advantage but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of livestream platforms (Facebook Live, TikTok Live, Shopee Live, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cameras, lighting, and audio equipment is a plus.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Can work under pressure and adapt quickly to last-minute changes.

Work Conditions:

  • On-site work at the studio or designated livestream location.
  • May require evening, weekend, or holiday shifts depending on selling schedules.
