  • Maintain and update accounting records and files
  • Keep records of AR/AP, statement of accounts, billings and collection
  • Keep and file sales reports
  • Monitor the filing schedule of tax payments and returns
  • Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger
  • Prepare documents for audits

Requirements and skills:

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree major in Accounting/Accountancy/Finance
  • Knowledgeable in general accounting principles
  • At least 2 years work experience as accounting staff (not clerical work)
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Word and Excel; very good with spreadsheets
  • Must have good mathematical skills
  • Must have strong organizational & communication skills
  • Must work with confidentiality and integrity
  • Must be hardworking, can work under minimal supervision
