Core Responsibilities

  • Project Oversight: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work aligns with technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Planning & Scheduling: Develop project plans, create work schedules, and manage timelines to keep projects on track.
  • Resource Management: Plan and manage materials, equipment, and labor, including procurement and efficient usage.
  • Quality Control: Conduct site inspections, perform tests, and ensure materials meet required standards.
  • Safety Management: Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols for all site personnel.

Key Tasks

  • Site Preparation: Conduct land surveys and set out the site for construction.
  • Technical Supervision: Supervise activities like excavation, concrete pouring, and rebar fixing.
  • Coordination: Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve issues.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare daily reports, progress updates, material reports (MRN), and maintain site registers.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve technical issues, deficiencies, and delays promptly to maintain project flow.

Essential Skills

  • Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in analyzing technical drawings and data.

Educational Path:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A B.S. in Civil Engineering is the standard requirement.
  • Diploma (Optional): A Diploma in Civil Engineering is preferred for the position.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Licensed/Professional Engineer (PE) is crucial for higher responsibility.
  • Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Office Suite, and project management tools.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of construction methods, materials, safety (COSH), and regulations.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
