Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Description:

  • Serve as the on-site HR representative of the manpower agency, handling all HR-related matters for agency-deployed employees assigned to the principal company.
  • Coordinate closely with the principal company's HR department to align on-site HR practices with client expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle of agency personnel, including recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR), particularly for agency-deployed workers.
  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions involving agency employees, in coordination with both the agency head office and client HR.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and submit timely HR reports to both the agency and the client as required.
  • Assist in the administration of payroll, benefits, and statutory contributions for agency employees.
  • Act as liaison between agency management and client HR for smooth workforce operations and compliance monitoring.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Payroll teams to ensure accurate employee compensation and benefits.
