Job Title: Beauty and Wellbeing Integrated Planning Response Planner - Skin (Fixed-Term Contract)
Location: Philippines

Duration: 6-8 Months

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OBJECTIVES/KPI of the ROLE

  • To achieve customer service level (DR and CCFOT) as per target

  • To control and monitor inventory level as per target

  • To support the on time in full NPD (launch & re-launch) / promotion executions as per agreed network

  • To meet superior supply chain vision by implementing initiatives like planning processing tools SAP APO, Inventory Planning Model(IPM), Kinaxis, ECR, KPI improvement, and other company initiatives.

  • To control and monitor Business waste & write offs

RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS

Customer service: Drive implementation, support the following key corporate initiatives-

  • DR (Dispatch Rate)

  • Planning Related DR Loss reduction

    • Review Critical stocks / OOS, initiate corrective actions to remedy the situation

  • Working Capital/Cash (Stock) reduction

    • Review overstock / excess stocks, initiate corrective actions to remedy the situation

Supply Planning

  • Will be responsible for planning End to end FG supply of Skin Imported portfolio whilst ensuring effective flow of Purchase to payments (P-2-P) cycle.

  • Establish and sustain collaborative/ productive relationship with Unilever & 3P Suppliers

    • Set alignments with suppliers, Sourcing Units, and Collaborative Manufacturers to ensure proper FG availability and secured POs for the frozen leadtime (depending on the source country)

  • Manage Working capital targets of site to agreed management levels through proper inventory management and FG stock modelling

  • Support innovations and activations by ensuring on time production of pipeline volumes

  • Good to have:

    • Rough cut capacity plan and CU simulations to ensure that adequate and timely investments are done to secure the required customer service level. This is in accordance to RCDSR.

    • Plan production according to the market requirements and maintain a live and valid master production schedule

    • Optimize the production plan by optimization of the run strategy and alignment with Manufacturing Site with full use of Kinaxis in planning simulations/scenarios

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree, Supply chain (APICS etc) qualification advantage

  • 3-5 Years in Supply Chain operations, Customer Service, Planning experience and exposure to Purchase to payment cycle

  • Experience in FMCG Supply Chain is an advantage (Planning, Customer Service, Logistics)

  • Experience on SAP ERP, APO, (Familiarity on Kinaxis is an advantage)

  • Proficient in Excel

  • Commercial acumen and cross functional business process knowledge

  • Experienced in handling different teams and people management

  • High influential skills and maturity in terms of working with cross functional teams is an advantage
