Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Business Intelligence & Data Analytics

  • Develop, publish, and maintain Business Intelligence projects and executive dashboards (Power BI or Tableau) with clean data models and clear storytelling.

  • Train business users on how to use visualization tools and interpret metrics
  • Establish dashboard and dataset refresh schedules, usage monitoring, and governance.
  • Identify opportunities and problems using data to drive optimization and improvements.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for management; package findings in concise briefs.
  • Collaborate closely with different Teams and Business Units to deliver analyses that land real outcomes.
  • Recommend data‑driven strategies and initiatives aligned with ACEN's goals.

  • Solution Discovery

  • Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders to clarify objectives, metrics, and decision use‑cases.

  • Convert requirements into user stories/specs; ensure data solutions follow defined guidelines and standards.
  • Frame business problems; select suitable analytical approaches (descriptive, diagnostic, basic predictive/forecasting).
  • Build repeatable analyses and templates; automate where feasible (queries, pipelines, alerts) with version control.

  • Technology Leadership

  • Stay abreast of trends, tools, and techniques in analytics/AI

  • Guide teams toward pragmatic, secure, and cost‑effective solutions.

  • Organizational Capacity Building

  • Enhance data literacy across the organization.

  • Support data quality processes and promote responsible data use.
  • Help lead the Community of Practice by curating learning sessions and other initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in any quantitative discipline (i.e., Computer Science, Math, Physics, etc.)
  • 1 – 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient with Snowflake Data Warehouse, Databricks Azure/AWS, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python
  • Must have personal and professional maturity, good professional conduct, and good relational and professional communication skills
  • Passion for Data, Analytics, and AI
