JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Maintains employee health records to ensure continuity of care, employee confidentiality and feedback to management.

  2. Monitors clinic inventory such as medical supplies and equipment within the prescribed budgeted resources.

  3. Visits the different departments and performs health assessments by checking vital signs to determine the health status of employees.

  4. Provides first aid or medical assistance to members, direct and agency employees.

  5. Assists members, direct and agency employees for admission to healthcare facility if needed.

  6. Conducts physical examination to employees who were on sick leave (SL). He or she evaluates whether they are fit to work (FTW) and issues FTW Clearance.

  7. Prepares monthly clinic reports for top illnesses per department and members and medicine utilization as part of the inventory management of clinic supplies.

  8. Assists on any health-related events benefitting our employees and members facilitated by the Company or any external service provider such as but not limited to annual physical examination (APE), vaccination programs.

  9. Provides medical assistance on Company-initiated work and social activities and events.

  10. Ensures that the company is up to date with public health and employment safety

  11. Regulations by appraising the safety and health hazards in the work environment.

  12. Acts as a Qualified Person of their assigned store for FDA Compliance on License to Operate for Medical Device Retailer and shall be responsible for safety, quality and efficacy/performance of medical devices.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting or occupational health nursing.

  • Preferably with experience in retail or corporate industry (but not required)

Educational Background:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

  • Must be a Registered Nurse, with an up-to-date license.
