About the Role

We are looking for detail-oriented and customer-friendly Cashiers to join our retail team. The role is responsible for accurate payment processing, excellent customer service, and maintaining smooth front-line operations that reflect the company's premium brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Accurately process cash, card, and digital payments while ensuring proper issuance of receipts and change.
  2. Ensure accuracy in sales transactions and daily reconciliation of cash and sales reports.
  3. Provide courteous and efficient service to customers at the point of sale.
  4. Safeguard company funds and follow established cash-handling policies.
  5. Coordinate with the sales team to support customer purchases and smooth store operations.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter and nearby display areas.
  7. Assist in basic store operations, such as inventory support or replenishment, as needed.

Qualifications

  • At least college level or graduate of any 2- or 4-year course, preferably in Business, Accounting, or related fields
  • Preferably with cashiering or retail experience, but open to fresh graduates with strong numerical and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented, honest, and reliable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and mall hours
