QA/QC Electromechanical Engineer

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Radiance Solar Solutions Inc. was established in 2020. We are the general contractor, dealing primarily on managing full EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects and providing solar energy services.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To handle QA/QC documentations, RFI, RFI logs, RFI notification, non-conformance report and logs, OE submission as well as weekly and monthly reports for the large-scale solar project.
• Review quality of all materials at site and ensure compliance to all project specifications, quality, and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain quality of materials.
• Manage all work methods and maintain knowledge on all quality assurance standards and monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes and recommend corrective actions for all processes.
• Responsible for overall supervision, inspection, quality control, testing and approval of the construction works.
• To review and advise design changes.
• To conduct site technical meetings and make engineering advice to PD.
• To advise the Site Project Manager on administering the construction contract.
• To monitor the implementation of the Contractor's Quality Control Program.
• Provide field engineering support as required to resolve technical and construction problems and interface with the Design Engineering Department on the resolution of technical problems.
• Review and prepare responses to request for inspection (RFIs), request for clarification (RFCs), and approval of technical submittals such as method statements and material.
• To issue non-conformance findings to contractors on quality control non-conformances detected during construction phase.
• Perform site evaluations and verify the Interim Payment Applications including variation orders evaluation.
• To monitor construction documentation and records for contract and program compliance.
• To be supported by the Owner's Engineer (OE) of various disciplines who shall review the material used and the works are performed following the specification, drawing, and method statement. OE  shall comprise/s of one or more subject matter experts within Main-Contractor for the specific verification works.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• With at least 2 years of experience as QA/QC Electromechanical Engineer in a Solar Industry
• Willing to be assigned/relocate in Capas, Tarlac
• Preferably can start ASAP
