JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Product Development: Lead design, prototyping, validation (APQP, PPAP), and launch of new aluminum cast, plastic injection, and assembled components.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Production, Quality, and Sales to resolve technical issues and support customer projects
  • Process Engineering: Optimize manufacturing processes (e.g., high-pressure die casting, injection molding, automation, finishing, assembly) for quality, throughput, and cost.
  • Technology & Innovation: Drive adoption of advanced technologies (e.g., Industry 4.0, automation, simulation tools, material science).
  • Quality Integration: Ensure engineering solutions meet IATF 16949, VDA, and customer-specific quality standards (e.g., GD&T, DFM/DFA).
  • Resource Management: Oversee engineering teams (design, process, tooling, validation) and budgets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degreen in Mechatronic, Electronics or related.
  • At least 2yrs experience in Manufacturing set up
  • Knowledgeable with Technical drawings, Process design, and Manufacturing process.
