Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Apprentice Accountant to join our property management team for a high-rise residential condominium in Metro Manila. The successful candidate will assist the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and condominium corporation policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recording daily financial transactions (e.g. collections, payments, bank deposits).
• Help prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements for the condominium corporation.
• Support in managing accounts receivable and payable, particularly resident dues and supplier payments.
• Assist in reconciling bank statements and monitoring petty cash.
• Help monitor the budget and expense tracking for building operations and maintenance.
• Support the preparation of documents for audits, BIR filings, and government regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and files.
• Coordinate with the property administration office for billing concerns or resident queries.
• Provide general accounting and clerical support to the finance department.
• Participate in regular financial reviews and internal meetings.

Qualifications:

• Recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in Accountancy
• With LATIN HONORS / PRESIDENTIAL LISTER / DEAN'S LISTER
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn in a fast-paced, real-estate/property management environment.
• Willing to be assigned in MAKATI CITY or within Metro Manila.
