Qualifications:- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a BPO or healthcare-related account
- High school graduate; college-level or degree holders are an advantage
- Familiarity with U.S. healthcare systems, including medical billing, claims, insurance verification, or prior authorizations is strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion and professionalism (knowledge of HIPAA is a plus)
- Proficient in using customer service software, call center systems, and basic office applications
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, or chats from patients, providers, and insurance representatives in a courteous and professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding insurance coverage, medical claims, prior authorizations, billing inquiries, and appointment scheduling
- Assist patients in navigating healthcare services, benefits, and available resources
- Document all customer interactions and updates in the system accurately and in real-time
- Maintain a thorough understanding of healthcare policies, HIPAA regulations, and company procedures
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Ensure patient and provider satisfaction by delivering high-quality service with empathy and professionalism
