Job Description

As a Forklift Operator, you will be a vital part of our warehouse operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate movement of goods. Your role is essential to maintaining smooth inventory flow, supporting store replenishment, and contributing to our commitment to exceptional service for our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move, stack, and retrieve merchandise.
  • Accurately assist in the loading and unloading of inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Perform daily pre-operation safety checks on equipment and report any maintenance needs promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with all safety protocols.
  • Utilize scanners and warehouse management systems for accurate inventory tracking and stock management.
  • Work collaboratively with the warehouse and operations team to meet daily targets and ensure efficient logistics.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Completion of at least two (2) years of vocational education.
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Forklift Operator or in a similar warehouse role.
  • Valid NC II Certification in Forklift Operation is mandatory.
  • Proficient in operating forklifts, hand scanners, pallet jacks, and related warehouse equipment.
  • Strong understanding and strict adherence to warehouse safety standards and procedures.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Good physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
