- Managing restaurant staff's work schedules.
- Assist with F & B staff recruitment, training motivation and coaching.
- Trains and supervises subordinates and applies relevant service principles to ensure that the needs of guests are consistently exceeded.
- Ensure correct handling procedures to minimize glassware breakage and food waste
- Ensure that specials/menus are understood by every server and are being promoted.
- Work Closely with Kitchen Staff for menu plans and new offerings as well as to ensure orders are right and served within a timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Perform month-end inventory.
- Responsible in checking for the total cleanliness & sanitation for the whole F&B outlet.
- Responsible for the implementation of the placement, setting & distribution of equipment to the outlet.
- Responsible for placing & making of all work orders for all F&B outlets.
- Responsible for placing & making the follow up on all storeroom requisitions for the F&B outlets.
- Responsible for accomplishing & submitting daily inventory & breakages reports to the Operations Manager
- Handle the day-to-day operations of the restaurant & room service.
- Greet guests and oversee actual service to ensure consistency of service. Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. Ensure accuracy of customers check and ensures that room charges are endorse accurately to the Front Office Department
- Respond to guests' queries, reservations and complaints and advise the Operations Manager of the corrective or action taken.
- Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
- Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
- Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
- Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
- Monitoring the restaurant's cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
- Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
- Occasional Broken Schedule of 6:00 am to 10:00 PM, if needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Restaurant management: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- F & B NC II Certification (Required)
