JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for creating and implementing of the approved projects execution plan, responsible for supervision of all Sub-Contractors, Staff and Admin Workers in terms of deployment, task delegation, work sequence and development.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the development of plans and strategies prior to mobilization and execution on site.
  • Responsible for the daily supervision and monitoring of the execution of the structural, architectural and MEFP operations on the project site in accordance to the approved schedule, sequence and construction methodology.
  • Responsible for supervision, deployment and delegation of activities of the structural, architectural and MEFP Engineers/Architects.
  • Responsible in project cost monitoring and expenses.
  • Computers accurately the project accomplishment and monitors schedule regularly.
  • Report he daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring of site progress, manpower and concerns.
  • Responsible for the supervision, deployment and delegation of project closeout activities to all staff prior to handover of project.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

  • Civil Engineering graduate
  • Licensed Engineer

Experience

  • At least 3-5 years experience with the position

Technical Competencies ("Know-how")

  • Knows how to operate AutoCAD software
  • With knowledge and background in any scheduling software.
  • Background in surveying or basic layout.
  • Know how to do estimate specially in CSA works.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php55,000.00 per month
