1.0 DUTIES:
1.1 Regular Duties
1.1.1 Repairs and maintains kitchen equipment and refrigeration system, which include cold storage rooms, freezers, ice-making machi8nes and baking equipment.
1.1.2 Checks gas ranges and ovens, refrigerator and freezer temperatures and dishwashing and glasswashing equipment; calibrates temperatures and pressure controls.
1.1.3 Repairs and maintains laundry equipment which includes washing machines, dry cleaning machines and presses.
1.1.4 Checks operating condition of refrigeration system; records temperature reading of cold storage rooms and reports to superior any abnormal functioning of system.
1.1.5 Tend to refrigeration system and performs such activities as regulating chillers' operation to meet varying loads, and adding required chemicals for cooling water treatment.
1.1.6 Performs duties common to all non-supervisory personnel and other duties as may be assigned.
2.0 QUALIFICATIONS:

2.1.1 Two years College and/or Vocational
2.2 Work Experience/s:
to 2 years
