The Personal Driver is responsible for safely transporting the employer to and from destinations while ensuring vehicle maintenance and cleanliness. The role requires punctuality, professionalism, and adaptability to schedule changes. Additional tasks may be assigned, including running errands and assisting with work-related duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Driving and Transportation:

  • Safely drive the employer to designated locations, including work, meetings, and personal appointments.
  • Plan efficient routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrival.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and safety procedures.

2. Vehicle Maintenance and Care:

  • Regularly inspect and maintain the vehicle, including checking oil, tires, brakes, and fluid levels.
  • Ensure the vehicle is clean, both inside and outside, at all times.
  • Arrange for vehicle servicing and repairs when necessary.

3. Assistance and Errands:

  • Assist with loading and unloading items when needed.
  • Run errands, such as picking up documents, packages, or groceries.
  • Provide support for work-related tasks if requested by the employer.

4. Other Duties:

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Follow employer's schedule and be flexible with working hours, including weekends or late nights if required.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by the employer as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proven experience as a personal or executive driver.
  • Familiarity with traffic laws, road safety, and city routes.
  • Good driving record with no history of major traffic violations.
  • Punctual, responsible, and able to handle flexible working hours.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
