Job description

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.

  2. Must have 2 years experience in manufacturing preferably in FMCG industry.

  3. Must be knowledgeable in work sampling, time and motion study, and methods improvement.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Conduct time and motion studies to establish time standards.

  2. Establish work sampling methods and improvement.

  3. Conduct and establish work simplification and work flow optimization.

  4. Apply statistical methods and calculations to determine appropriate manpower headcount to optimize manpower efficiency and facility utilization.

  5. Develop management control systems to make financial planning and cost analysis more efficient.

  6. Implement methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and defective products /materials, and assess cost responsibility.

  7. Recommend improvement procedures to resolve production problems or minimize cost.

  8. Develop forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliable data.

  9. Help determine the KRAs, KPIs, and report them.
