Job Responsibilities:

  1. Review and verify the original documents of expenses and expenditures in accordance with the relevant provisions of the financial system, and conduct accounting, analysis, and control of costs.

  2. Perform measurement and recognition of income and costs.

  3. Perform accounts reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of balances.

  4. Timely completion of accounting entries, reimbursement, and preparation of financial reports.

  5. Responsible for organizing, packaging, and keeping accounting information and files.

  6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

  1. Associate degree or higher in Financial Management, Accounting, or related fields.
  2. Familiarity with corporate accounting work.
  3. Proficient in using office software, financial software, and ERP systems.
  4. Possess good professional qualities.
  5. Fluency in Mandarin — must be able to read, write, and speak. Only applicants who meet this requirement will be considered.
  6. Proficient in English, with the ability to use it effectively in a professional working environment.
  7. Taiwanese or Malaysian nationals preferred, but not required.
